Are you in an area with no Youth Volunteer Corps affiliate nearby, but you still want to participate in the Volunteer For 15 program? No problem! All you need to do is volunteer for 15 hours in your community, and when you have completed the hours, fill out this form and submit the information! It’s that easy!
