Tracy Hale
Chief Executive Officer
Tracy develops the overall organizational strategy for YVC. She directs affiliate relations and support, financial activities, fund development, marketing, and public relations. Tracy is passionate about the mission of YVC and has a strong desire to assist our YVC affiliates to ensure sustained programs and growth. Before joining the YVC team, Tracy served seven years as Vice President for Miller Management, which serves over 400 nonprofit organizations. For 11 years prior to that she held various management positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Tracy holds a B.S. in International Business from Northwest Missouri State University. She and her husband Kendell have two children.
