Mariza loves being a part of behind-the-scenes work that helps big impacts happen. She’s all about turning numbers into something meaningful—keeping things organized, clear, and running smoothly so more energy can go toward empowering young people through service. She takes pride in creating systems that make life easier for her teammates and help the mission move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, Mariza can usually be found deep in a good book, working through a puzzle, or in the middle of a very competitive board or video game session. At home, her fiancé and two dogs make sure there’s never a dull moment.
