Heather Pedersen
Accounting and Administration Manager
Heather is passionate about applying her curiosity and love of learning to building skills and relationships that can serve to positively impact society and those most vulnerable in our communities. Happiest behind the scenes, most of her career experience and skillsets come from over a decade of supporting administrative and operational functions in nonprofit organizations in both Kansas City and Washington State. Heather joined YVC in 2025 and is excited to support YVC’s operations and programs that empower youth while inspiring an ethic of service. In her spare time, Heather enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
