Summit

2026 Summit Fees:

Registration includes all conference activities including workshops, materials, Summit t-shirt, a local streetcar day pass, and meals for the whole weekend except for Friday dinner. For Friday dinner, you have the opportunity to explore New Orleans and try some local cuisine.

*Please note: you MUST choose a form of payment to register fully. If you choose a credit/debit card, you will be rerouted to make your secure payment. You will receive a confirmation notification saying you are registered. If you do not receive the confirmation notification, please reach out to Emily Unsen at eunsen@yvc.org

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your registration, you have the following options (on or before September 9):

• Transfer your registration to another attendee from your affiliate (preferred)
  • Registration transfer may be done on or before September 9.
  • To initiate this option, contact YVCHQ Office Administrator Heather Pedersen as soon as you know you need to cancel.
  • After YVCHQ receives payment from the new attendee who is taking your place, you will receive a refund from YVCHQ (see Refund Payment Policy).
• Request a refund
  • Refund must be requested on or before September 9.
  • To initiate this option, contact YVCHQ Office Administrator Heather Pedersen as soon as you know you need to cancel.
  • Cancellation with full or partial refund is only available until registration closes on September 9; after that, no refund will be issued (see Refund Payment Policy).

Refund Payment Policy

Refunds (full or partial) are subject to the cancellation schedule outlined below. Please note that cancellation with full or partial refund is only available until registration closes on September 9 end of day; after that no refunds will be issued.

• On or prior to Aug 21 (early bird deadline): 100% refund (minus any payment processing fees)
• Aug 22-Sept 9: 50% refund
• After Sept 9: 0% refund

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment whenever possible. YVC will contact you via email to confirm when your refund has been initiated. Timeline for receipt of your refund will depend on method of payment and date of cancellation/refund.

Drury Plaza Hotel – New Orleans

You must reserve your hotel room for Summit by 8/29.

Summit is early this year, so plan ahead! Registration will happen during the busy summer months, so please plan your attendees early and schedule some fundraisers for the summer! See Summit fundraising below or on our website (Summit Fundraising Ideas). Walk for Compassion is a great way to fundraise for Summit, but please note that it falls after the early-bird registration deadline.
