Summit

Summit is open to all YVC Program Directors, Executive Directors, Team Leaders, Youth Volunteers, YVC Alumni, and donors.

A one-of-a-kind experience with your YVC family. We will spend time learning from each other, celebrating each other’s successes, and plotting our way forward. Summit is where we grow together and connect with others across the network.

More than ever, we need the strength of our community to tackle the dynamic and changing needs of running a youth development program.

Cost:

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON JULY 8th

• Early bird hotel and registration is open through September 17th
• EARLY BIRD Registration Rates:
  • Adults $195 
  • Youth $170
• AFTER EARLY BIRD Registration Rates:
  • Adults $220 
  • Youth $195

Registration includes conference workshops/facilitators, materials, service projects, an adult reception, and all Friday and Saturday meals except Friday night dinner, which is on your own.

You must reserve your hotel room for Summit by September 17th

The room rate does include a bagged breakfast. To ensure the hotel prepares enough food, when making reservations please ensure the headcount per room is accurate. *Picture for reference.

Flight recommendations: You are recommended to fly into and out of Norfolk International Airport. This airport is roughly 30 minutes from the hotel. There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel or vice versa. Below is a list of suggested transportation: *Uber and Lyft are also available.
