2022 1st Mid-Year Check-in

  • *Please ensure that Ydat is 100% up to date before beginning this form.

  • Your Ydat Dashboard automatically displays this number (9/1/21-today's date) in the "volunteers" section at the top left of your screen.
  • Your Ydat Dashboard automatically displays this number in the "hours" section at the top of your screen. YVC defines “hours” as “time served on YVC activities,” including direct service and related training, project activities (icebreakers, service-learning, etc.) and planning time (including Youth Advisory Board meetings).
  • Your Ydat Dashboard automatically displays this number in the "project days" section at the top right of the screen. A YVC project is defined as “a well-planned, supervised, team-based volunteer experience for youth between the ages of 11 and 18 that serves an important community need.” YVC program staff must have a significant role in the planning of the project. Please count each project occurrence. For example, if you have a project where you visit the same agency on a recurring basis, each visit counts as one project.
  • Example: We hold 2 in-person projects and 1 virtual project per week. The in-person projects occur mostly outdoors so we can distance. We are planning to have six weeks of summer programming and have locked in agency partners for three of those weeks so far.
